Description

JAXB-IMPL 2.1.13 fixes a issues pertaining to osgi, in particular http://java.net/jira/browse/JAXB-564
This caused osgi bundles in CXF loading Jaxb classes from another bundle to generate classes over and over.

Without the fix you are forced to use

-Dcom.sun.xml.bind.v2.bytecode.ClassTailor.noOptimize=true
