      Description

Using PAX URL 1.2.1, we have a lot of
      "Ather URL Handler not available.
      Using mvn fallback to resolve."
      messages in the log file.

Guillaume already fixed this issue in a new PAX URL version.

A quick workaround is to lower the log level for org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn.
