Saxon and xmlresolver bundles has wrong exports/imports and missing classes

    Description

      Problems:

      1. Saxon bundle has wrong imports as it imports old packages: org.apache.xml.resolver
      2. xmlresolver in turn has no classes inside- package is empty, presumably again due to package change

       

      Will prep PR soon when finish testing.
