Description

gRPC servicemix bundle has no specified imported packages which is resulting in ClassNotFound exception(s).
This is tested and was also fixed in KARAF 3.0.8.

note. there is still issue with use of grpc ServerBuilder because it can't find any valid implementations (NettyServerBuilder etc.) so it's needed to use directly NettyServerBuilder...
Same goes for grpc client,
