Description

The JSPC Maven Plugin creates a TLD cache internally, but the TLD files can only be referenced via a web.xml file in the current project or made available in a WEB-INF folder. However, the plugin should also search the TLD files on the file system, by looking at a META-INF folder in the classpath.
