[SLING-9549] Pin dependencies in o.a.s.launchpad.integration-tests

Description

The current integration-tests module contains a mixture of dependencies that are conflicting. Maven resolves them mostly fine, but fails with:

• jackrabbit versions
• httpclient 4.x versions

This has no impact when running with a classpath that is enriched via the provisioning model, but fails running with the feature model.

The key dependencies should be pinned instead.
