[SLING-9371] Bundled Script Tracker should only override force resource types with versions

Description

The bundled script tracker currently is overriding force resource types in request dispatches in case it has a versioned dependency for the forced resource type. That is to allow dispatches to just target the unversioned resource type and it is enough to just have a versioned dependency. 

However, it currently makes the assumption that any dependency that starts with the requested resource type is a versioned dependency - that is wrong. We need to make sure it is really a dependency for the resource type.
