[SLING-9348] ResourceCollector is not weighing scripts with a method in the name correctly

Description

The ResourceCollector that creates the weighted resources for script selection is giving equal priority to scripts that have the method in their path and those that don't. E.g.:

foo/html.servlet and foo/html.GET.servlet will have the same weight. 

That is wrong as the one with the GET should have preference.
