ResourceChangeListenerInfo does not expand glob patterns correctly

    Description

      The changes implemented in SLING-5837 need to be reflected in the way the ResourceChangeListenerInfo expands the configured paths of a ResourceChangeListener.

      Currently a glob pattern like glob:**/*.html will not have the search paths prepended correctly.
