Description

Should add a comment about the fact that between TOPOLOGY_CHANGING and TOPOLOGY_CHANGED events the TopologyEventListeners cannot make any assumptions on the topology whatsoever, including whether or not they are partitioned away from the topology.

Also, stumbled upon an old comment wrt the DiscoveryService javadoc containing misleading implementation details.

Both are minor but would be good to have them cleaned up.
