[SLING-5193] Installing the Sling IDE Tooling causes 'Open With...' to disappear

Description

After installing the Sling IDE Tooling the 'Open' and 'Open With...' commands are gone from the context menu which appears in the Project Explorer.

The root cause is the eclipse-ui/plugin.xml which contributes
