Description

The Hypermedia API tools HApiType.getUrl() should return an absolute resolvable URL. In its current implementation, it's used to add a URL to the itemtype attribute in microdata, and the spec says the URL should be absolute.

The fix allows an OSGi config with an external url that gets prepended to the repository path + extension.
