Description

As agreed in ~~SLING-4161~~ and http://apache-sling.73963.n3.nabble.com/Models-depends-on-Validation-API-td4049634.html Sling Validation should be moved out of contrib. Please also see the implications of this in https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SLING/Sling+SVN+repository+structure.
