RedirectOnLogoutTest integration test fails on Oak: missing FormAuthenticationHandler

    Description

      The second request of the RedirectOnLogoutTest (created for SLING-1847) fails with a 401 status, very probably because the sling.formauth cookie that it supplies is not recognized as Sling's FormAuthenticationHandler is not active on Oak.
