[SLING-1749] sling.js prevents baseurl being detected correctly when the webapp isn't on the / docroot

Description

Running the svn checkout from this morning the sling.js file located in
sling/bundles/servlets/post has a bug on line 416.

The "/" being appended breaks the substring and the baseurl is always "".
