Description

We have SonarCloud enabled for our pull requests. SonarCloud checks add comments to the PR and these are echoed to the mailing list.

We should remove these notifications because they don't add anything new and produce noise.

For comparison, we had 116 emails on [e-mail] last month and out of those 21 are from sonarcloud.
