[SLING-11714] Multi-arch support for Docker images

Description

In the current version (12), docker images are only built for the `amd64` platform. I am unable to run Sling Starter on e.g. macs with M1.

I have prepared a patch with my proposal: https://github.com/apache/sling-org-apache-sling-starter/pull/80. Unfortunately, DockerHub Automated Builds still doesn't support it.
