Description

We should add methods to RequestInfoProvider to check whether recording is enabled in general and whether recording for a specific path is enabled.
In addition, ProviderType annotation should be added to the interfaces and getMayNumberOfInfos should be deprecated (due to the name type) in favour of getMaxNumberOfInfos
