Description

Some cleanup should be made:

• Github PRs should trigger the Jenkins build with Java 11 and 17 (see https://github.com/apache/sling-org-apache-sling-commons-threads/blob/master/.sling-module.json)
• Update to require Java 11 as build and runtime version
• Cleanup test suite and remove deprecations
