[SLING-11395] Create a profile that allows running the Sling Starter ITs with the current SNAPSHOT being built

Description

With the work from SLING-11387 we can add a profile that:

• prepares the set up for the Sling Starter ITs
• adds an additional bundle of ${project.groupId}:${projectId.artifactId}:${project.version} to the final feature model aggregate
• runs and records the results of the integration tests

This way, we can run the integration tests in various Sling modules without needing anything else than a parent pom update.
