[SLING-10753] sling-mock: Mount Folders of JSON or FileVault XML content

Description

alongside with SLING-5922 we also want to support whole folders of JSON (as in Sling-Initial-Content) and FileVaul XML (extracted content package) content.
for this, we want to utilize the FSResourceProvider to mount such a folder in a mock context.
