[SLING-10715] Maven site: Include GitHub ribbon, edit button, breadcrumb navigation and logos

Description

We should include a GitHub ribbon in the header (like outlined https://maven.apache.org/skins/maven-fluido-skin/#GitHub_ribbons) to ease contributing PRs. Also an edit button should be enabled on all Doxia generated documentation pages via https://maven.apache.org/doxia/doxia-sitetools/doxia-decoration-model/decoration.html (edit element in the site.xml).
In addition a breadcrumb navigation should ease navigation back to other Maven plugin sites and the main Sling site.

Also a header containing both the Sling logo and the Apache logo should be configured by default.

To make this all reusable across multiple Maven plugins, those common settings should be applied to the Sling Parent.
