[SLIDER-909] Add missing config for hadoop.security.authentication in HBase app package

Description

In app-packages/hbase/appConfig-secured-default.json , the config for hadoop.security.authentication is missing.
This config is needed for Ambari Slider View to deploy HBase app package.

In app-packages/hbase/package/scripts/params.py , kinit_cmd is not used. We should remove it.
