Description

with SLIDER-600, the role history .json file now saves the map of name:id in the document; it is reloaded when the history is read in again.

but: it is not used.

Proposed: comparing the history with the current values and resolving differences

This is harder than it is sounds, as it needs a policy to address changes in role mapping IDs, including what if a new name is added to an old id; an old ID moves to a new one, and two are swapped.

then of course, there is the tests...
