Description

Currently, Slider apps can be configured to emit metrics to ganglia. Ambari is switching to a new metrics provider, name AMS (Ambari Metrics Service). Hence to ensure that Ambari Slider View continues to display metric graphs, app packages needs to be modified/re-configured to emit metrics to the new AMS provider.
