[SLIDER-450] The template and resources json files embedded within the app package should be named default and include comments to that effect

Description

It is confusing to include appConfig.json and resources.json inside the application package while expecting the users to provide it as input. The files included in the app package are considered default/reference and the names should be modified to make it clear.

If possible, add some comments to the files to indicate that they are default and used only as reference to the user.
