1. AM provider needs to pass down the app ID for a lookup via YARN (will need relevant tokens to access YARN for lookups)
2. Agent enums all apps, finds one with relevant app
3. from the AppRecord extracts the unmodified URL path
4. Issue: how often to refresh value? On every heartbeat? or after a connection refused?

2. provider passes down path to agent
3. agent does a ZK refresh
4. client code can use the same mechanism
