Description

Currently, exports are associated with only one master component type. However, there are deployments that may not deploy all master types. Thus it makes sense to allow any master to publish and the master will only publish data that it can.

For example, an application may have a traditional master with other daemons for say REST API, UI, etc. A user may not want to start the REST API or UI and thus there is no need for exporting the URLs associated with those.
