Description
allow AppState.RoleInstance entries to host list of endpoint bindings, which can be set by AM or provider. These can be published ephemerally.
After the state is updated, whatever is doing the updating needs to trigger a publish/republish of the data for that component. A queued action for this (giving roleinstance/componentid) will do this.
