[SLIDER-299] What is the recommendation if a user wants a single active version of Slider

Description

Today, most deployments of hadoop (within a single cluster) has a one version of individual services such as hadoop, hbase, etc.

Slider does not demand such constraint and it is in fact desirable to have multiple version of Slider being used in a single cluster.

What if there is a need for single version of Slider for a single cluster? Is there a recommended best practice to ensure that all app-instances use the same version of Slider.
