Description

Provide an option to start the AM as an HTTPS server with a specified keytab (which must be localised).

Client will need to talk to the RM and then on to the AM over HTTPS too, which implies that HTTPS support in the RM proxy is a pre-requisite to this being useful.

(I'm creating this JIRA to have somewhere to file away bits of a SLIDER-907 patch: the incomplete code to turn on https in the web UI. After discussion with Jon I've decided to hold back merging this stuff in as we need things in the RM that isn't there)
