[SIS-482] Rename XML.SCHEMAS and clarify expected URL

Description

With the new entries added in SIS 1.0 and the features added in SIS 1.1, the XML.SCHEMAS property is becoming confusing. The name and documentation said that it gives locations of XSD files, but the actual values are sometime some parent directories:

Map entry	XSD locations relative to given path
cat	./-3/*/1.0/*.xsd
gmd	./gmd/*.xsd
gmi	./*.xsd
gml	./*.xsd

We should bring more consistency in above table. Furthermore the SCHEMAS name is misleading because this property is actually about name spaces. It become yet more significant since schemas moved to "https" protocol while name spaces stay under "http" (SIS-480). We should rename this property NAMESPACES.
