Description

Changes the default gmd namespace from:

• http://schemas.opengis.net/iso/19139/20070417/

To

• http://www.isotc211.org/2005/

and update the org.apache.sis.xml.XML documentation accordingly. Note that the new namespace do not match exactly XSD file locations because XSD files are now under https protocol. Example: http://schemas.opengis.net/iso/19139/20070417/gco/gcoBase.xsd
