[SIS-439] NetCDF reader does not support unlimited dimension

Description

NetCDF variables having a "unlimited" dimension have a different layout on disk than ordinary netCDF variables. This layout is not taken in account by the current netCDF reader. This result in unpredictable behavior: sometime erroneous values, sometime an end-of-file exception.
