Remove deprecated metadata methods

    Description

      The deprecated methods in org.apache.sis.metadata.iso packages are inherited from GeoAPI 3, which itself inherits those methods from ISO 19115:2003. Those deprecated methods have been removed in ISO 19115:2014, but not yet in GeoAPI (they will be removed only in GeoAPI 4). After those methods have been removed from GeoAPI, we should remove them from Apache SIS as well. Such removal can be done only in a major SIS version.
