As noted by kevan:

The contents of the LICENSE/NOTICE files are not correct. As they don't include jdom or servlet-api license information. I doubt that the servlet API is needed, at all. Also, the servlet API is available from Geronimo with an ALv2, if you prefer to the CDDL/GPL licensed version currently being used.

I'll simply:

1. remove the servlet dependency (and call it "provided")
2. include info in LICENSE/NOTICE files about jdom
