Description

Parameters of Molodensky, Position Vector transformation and Coordinate Frame Rotation operations are missing the EPSG identifiers:

EPSG identifier	EPSG name
8605	X-axis translation
8606	Y-axis translation
8607	Z-axis translation
8608	X-axis rotation
8609	Y-axis rotation
8610	Z-axis rotation
8611	Scale difference
8654	Semi-major axis length difference
8655	Flattening difference

The numbers in the left columns should be added to the parameter having the names in the left column.
