    Description

      Part of Helmert 7-parameter transformations. The matrix form is also known as the "Bursa-Wolf" formula. This is partially implemented in SIS in the BursaWolfParameters class.

      This is basically the same transformation than "Position Vector transformation (geocentric domain)" with the sign of rotation angles reversed.
