    Description

When marshalling metadata in an ISO 19139 compliant XML document, if a class to be marshalled is a custom subclass, then the ISO parent class must be declared in an isoType attribute.

The FRA_DirectReferenceSystem element in the DirectReferenceSystem.xml test file can be used for testing purpose. Because the French profile ("FRA" prefix) is an ISO extension, every "FRA_Foo" XML element shall have an isoType attribute.
