Minor Description
All metadata objects inherit, directly or indirectly, the identifiers managed by the ISOMetadata parent class. Except DefaultRepresentativeFraction, which extends java.lang.Number instead. Consequently we need to implement the the IdentifiedObject methods again in DefaultRepresentativeFraction in order to allow usage of gco:id and gco:uuid attributes with those fractions.
