[SIS-111] Can not upgrade jetty-maven-plugin past 8.0.1

Description

The sis-webapp module uses org.mortbay.jetty:jetty-maven-plugin version 8.0.0.M2 for its test. The build seems to work for more recent version up to 8.0.1.v20110908 inclusive. However all subsequent version (beginning with 8.0.2.v20111006) fail with the following error message:
