Description
The documentation (README) of tool/jenkins is updated with details about using docker containers as the build agents.
By using docker network, we can bind the container's IP with its name, which makes it easier to access (ssh) the container from jenkins' master.
A bug is fixed due to the change of alexnet.cc to cnn.cc in exmaple/cifar10
