Description

This issue adds the Travis-CI configuration file to the root directory of Singa. Travis-CI supports only the bare CPP build (no CUDA) and will eventually support OpenCL in a separate issue. This issue also accompanies minor fixes to the CMakeLists.txt files for building in the container environment.
