Migrate Jakarta EE support

• Initial check-in (code)
• Initial check-in (samples)

• rename from flowlogix to apache (code)
• rename from flowlogix to apache (samples)
• Update license headers
• remove unnecessary files and tests
• normalize pom files (audit / remove unnecessary things)
• Get the tests / CI to pass
• Stabilize Jenkins tests due to port clashes with parallel tests
