Dependencies for test-jars missing

    Description

      Currently there are several dependencies to test-jar's which are not correct which results in failure while using a mvn compile only. Furthermore the used maven-enforcer-plugin in version 3.0.0-M2 will fail in such case. The final release 3.0.0 will work correctly.
