[SHIRO-671] Add support for javax.annotation.security.RolesAllowed, PermitAll, and DenyAll

Description

I'm not sure this should be part of Shiro, as exposing the`Subject` as a `java.security.Principal` in web and jaxrs modules should allow this functionality to work without needing code in Shiro (so fewer bits for us to support).

That said, this would allow for a portable solution between containers.
