Description

A companion to INFRA-866 (http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-866) for tasks that we need to complete within the Shale svn repo.

• Establish a shale-master pom
• Disconnect the Shale m2 build from Struts

• Move wiki content to new wiki, add a "we have moved" link over to the new location: Open
