Major Description
When sentry server sends response to HDFS, it includes the timestamp of the current time at the DB server.
When sentry client at HDFS gets response from sentry, it sets its local variable, which is the latest timestamp received from sentry, to be the timestamp in the response
When sentry client sends request, it should include the latest timestamp received from sentry in the request.
