Description

Hive 2.3.2 brings changes to the DbNotificationListener that makes all the Sentry message events classes incompatible with it. Because DbNotificationListener is maintained on the Hive side and it may have improvements in the future, we should switch to it instead of using SentryMetastorePostEventListenerNotificationLog that is old code from the old sentry design.
