Support "create function using jar" for hive when Sentry is enabled

    Description

      "create function using jar" currently doesn't work with Sentry since Sentry doesn't load the jars into the classpath so it will fail to validate the function. Probably we should dynamically load the jars into the classpath so it can be recognized.
